You should exercise at least two times per week for a hour each time. A simple trick to help you get motivated to work out more is to join a sport that you enjoy or that you always wanted to try. But you should make sure it is an engaging sport that requires a fair amount of movement. Pool is a sport but you don’t really workout your body that much.

You can try bicycling, jogging, climbing, tennis, swimming, basketball, football… You can also get a gym membership and pump some iron 3 times a week. The workout options are limitless all you have to do is pick one and stick with it.

The answer to your problem is a very simple one though and just takes a little effort on your part. Your just need to get a piece of exercise equipment such as a treadmill and use it on a regular basis. You might think this is going to hard to do but once you get a treadmill installed in your home the motivation is only required to get yourself going. Once you get started and see how good you feel you’ll have no trouble in finding time to put your regular workouts in.
