You can form LLC free aside from the state filing fees yourself. You need not pay an accountant or a lawyer to file your articles or draft LLC operating agreement. You can do all the LLC organization requirements yourself if you spend some time with the instructions provided by the state. All states provide clear instructions on processes involved in organizing an LLC. Online resources are also available on how to form an LLC in any state. Rules governing organization and operation of LLCs have slight differences in each state. In all states, the basic requirement for organizing an LLC is to file Articles of Organization. Every day, more and more people are working from home instead of commuting to work, and those of us that aren’t doing so yet are trying to find a way to do it.
