The best chest exercises for men are going to develop mass of the chest while still getting rid of chest fat.  If you are a guy you are most likely unhappy with your chest.  The pecs are worked when you shorten the distance from the origination to the insertion of that muscle.  The origination is the where the muscle starts and in this case is the sternum.  The insertion is where it ends and would be the top of the humerus.  Now that you know the 2 places that need to come closer together you can determine which movement will involve the pectoralis major.  Fly’s would be the ideal motion to shorten the distance from the origination to the insertion points of the chest muscles.  Any movement pushing up from the chest would also shorten this distance.

Last year I was able to spend a nice time at an East Hampton Bed and Breakfast for a long weekend with my wife. It was great and I have a lot of fond memories from what was really just a few days of vacation. There was a lot to do, mainly because the Bed and Breakfast was so on top of things and offered us so many options.

I got to go biking in a park, which actually had a decent off road trail. There was also a lot of horse related stuff to do (which I take not part in!) but my wife did get to go for a nice ride. Many people love to play outdoor volleyball whether it is in the sand or on the grass.  Let me take a little time to explain the differences from indoor and outdoor volleyball.  Outdoor volleyball is played on smaller courts because there are only 2 people per side.  The court size is about 3 feet shorter and narrowers.  The net height is the same as it is for indoor.  There is not setting the serve when playing outdoor volleyball but you can double contact any hard driven ball.  The sets can’t spin in beach volleyball and the block actually counts as one of your 3 hits.  The biggest thing to learn for indoor players is that you can’t open hand tip the ball over the net when playing outdoors.

When you begin reading Bright Star, you may find some semblance to ‘X-Files’ or maybe ‘Heroes’. This is an intriguing book with a unique storyline.  Initially Bright star’s ambiguity leaves the reader confused about the real nature of her character.  However as Bright Star’s personal mythology is revealed, some of the mystery surrounding her character begins to unfold.  Likewise the Rush brothers are interesting characters and the tension between them provides an excellent human element to the entire storyline.

As an author, Reyes-Cole is obsessed with the fantastic and language. She is intrigued by human relationships and how they work and probably that’s why her books have intense and engaging characters. But just as the characterizations are great the storyline of Bright Star is well-developed and interesting as well. The book combines fantasy and horror with a heady mix of psychological tension.  Grayson Reyes-Cole is a brilliantly imaginative author and if you like modern, dark fantasy you are bound to love this book. This is one of the better new fantasy books released this year.
